(what's going on with Diana's hand??)

To be honest I thought we wouldn't get anything out of this issue given that the last one only had ONE PANEL of SM/WW goodness. While there's nothing straight-forwardy SM/WW about this issue (interactions between the pair), we do get a few good lines from Diana. I hope McDuffie decides to show some consequences of this issue in later arcs and have Superman and Diana confront each other about this alt universe where they were married...

And for those interested, no, I wouldn't recommend buying this issue unless you're a diehard Vixen fan- it was mostly a filler story.

DCU Halloween Special

No, that's not Diana and Clark- it's LOIS and Clark! If you didn't bother picking the new DC Halloween Special, you probably missed these juicy images. Don't worry, I uploaded them here for you.

It not the real deal of course, but I'm sure you all have vivid enough imaginations to pretend it's really Diana. I know Superman does- just look at that smile! Realistically though, I don't think Lois would be caught dead in her husband's "best friend's" outfit... unless she's trying to spice up the marriage?

Frankly I was a little disappointed this was all we got- 2 panels?! Supes and Wondy aren't even smiling in their wedding panel! However, I did like the image of WW mourning SM- it's very sweet and sad looking.

And of course Batman got 3 pages devoted to his altered world while everyone else got one or two panels... :/ Ridiculous! But I suppose we should be happy that we got something. DC hasn't given us anything SM/WW to nibble on for a while.
